Returns & Replacements Policy

- Return and refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

- You can submit an application directly through the WhatsApp application on the number 01050551010 (the number works on WhatsApp only)

- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be available with the return request or your order will be rejected.

- The reason must be clarified with the return and refund request to the customer, while fulfilling the conditions for accepting the return.

- In case of the item is received damaged or defective, you may return the item in the same condition it was received in with (original box/all stickers on it/accessories) within 14 days of receiving the order.

- After returning the damaged or defective product (manufacture defects). It will be checked to ensure its condition, and if it is found to be defective or damaged (manufacturing defects), the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days of approval of the refund via bank transfers or e-wallets.

- In the event that the customer wants to return any product to change his opinion / dislike. Since there is no technical problem with the product, it bears a fee of 30% of the order value.
